　　會(huì)陰整形與性別重塑中心主任，北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院教授博士研究生導(dǎo)師，中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院整形外科醫(yī)院主任醫(yī)師，中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)整形外科分會(huì)會(huì)員，國(guó)際美容整形外科學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員（ISAPS），美國(guó)耶魯大學(xué)、哈佛大學(xué)、加利福尼亞大學(xué)洛杉磯分校整形外科中心訪問學(xué)者，比佛利山Medical Tower客座教授。美國(guó) Journal of Plastic   and Reconstructive Surgery 和 Journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery 雜志特約審稿人。


　　臨床醫(yī)療：主要從事各種原因?qū)е碌娜梭w體表組織器官畸形及缺失的臨床修復(fù)重建工作，擅長(zhǎng)應(yīng)用顯微和擴(kuò)張皮瓣修復(fù)大面積體表組織缺損和器官再造，尤其在會(huì)陰整形及性器官再造方面有獨(dú)特造詣。熟練掌握：1、顯微外科技術(shù)：以顯微外科技術(shù)和原則指導(dǎo)的復(fù)雜多組織遠(yuǎn)位游離吻合血管及微創(chuàng)修復(fù)操作。2、整形外科技術(shù)：以整形外科技術(shù)和原則無(wú)創(chuàng)無(wú)張力指導(dǎo)的內(nèi)在功能與外觀形態(tài)兼顧的修復(fù)理念。3、皮膚組織擴(kuò)張技術(shù)：以美觀為指導(dǎo)的就近擴(kuò)張及靈活多變的擴(kuò)張皮瓣移植轉(zhuǎn)移方法。


　　臨床主要解決：1、泌尿生殖及肛門部位的先天性畸形（尿道下裂、陰道閉鎖、肛門閉鎖）、外傷及感染后的瘺與竇道、肛門失禁、盆底松弛。2、真假兩性畸形及跨性別畸形的性器官再塑造，以及性別重塑后的五官輪廓和體形雕塑。3、體表創(chuàng)傷瘢痕及先天性胎記的修復(fù)，尤其對(duì)于復(fù)雜的面部及會(huì)陰部的毀損性畸形有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。4、醫(yī)學(xué)美容：雙眼皮成形、瞼袋切除、鼻成形、腹壁成形、除皺、面部年輕化手術(shù)；失敗的美容手術(shù)修復(fù)；隆胸與乳房下垂矯正；吸脂與脂肪移植技術(shù)。


　　科學(xué)研究：2001年參與衛(wèi)生部臨床學(xué)科重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“尿道下裂綜合治療的研究”。2002年承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然基金“組織工程化尿道的研究”中種子細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)與動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)部分研究工作。2012年主持完成人事部留學(xué)基金“鼠皮膚干細(xì)胞空間分布規(guī)律研究”。2015主持完成院所基金課題“攜帶神經(jīng)肌肉支配及闊筋膜再造白膜的犬功能陰莖再造術(shù)”。2018年6月-2022年6月主持首都特色臨床項(xiàng)目“動(dòng)態(tài)功能性陰莖再造的臨床應(yīng)用研究”。2021年9-2023年10月主持中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院科技創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目“三維掃描技術(shù)在頸部瘢痕攣縮精準(zhǔn)治療中的應(yīng)用”。2021年一月-2022年一月院所基金“假兩性畸形家系的基因遺傳學(xué)研究”及“組織工程陰莖海綿體的構(gòu)建”。2024年1月開始主持首都發(fā)展專項(xiàng)課題“基于真皮血管三維可視化的跨區(qū)皮瓣遠(yuǎn)端靜脈淤血機(jī)制研究”。
